Last week in the Australian Financial Review a lengthy piece was written raising concerns about the ACCC.

 

We believe the piece adds to the debate that should be taking place about the future of the regulator.

 

We have previously raised concerns about the ever burgeoning power of the ACCC and will continue to do so.
